Based in Mt Wellington, our client operates a large and busy distribution centre and is looking for experienced Voice Pickers to join their team.


If you have voice-picking experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Choose From 3 Shifts


  • Morning : 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Afternoon : 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Night : 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM


About the Role


As a Voice Picker , you'll be an important part of the warehouse team, helping ensure customer orders are picked accurately and ready for dispatch.


Your day-to-day duties will include:


  • Using a voice-picking system to pick customer orders
  • Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch
  • Moving stock throughout the warehouse
  • Checking products and orders for accuracy
  • Working towards daily productivity and accuracy targets
  • Regular lifting of products up to 25 kg
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
  • Following all site health and safety procedures


What We're Looking For


To be successful, you'll have:


  • Previous voice-picking experience - essential, ideally, experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or logistics environment
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • The ability to regularly lift up to 25 kg
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work towards productivity and accuracy targets
