Join a Leading courier and logistics company - Class 2 Driver Role Available in Whangārei!


Our client is a well-established courier and logistics company providing reliable parcel delivery services throughout Whangārei and the surrounding areas. With a strong focus on safety, reliability and customer service, they are looking for experienced drivers to join their team.


We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Courier Driver to join their busy operations in Whangārei.

Work Hours:


Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Approximately 45 hours per week


About the Role:


As a Class 2 Courier Driver, you will be responsible for:


  • Delivering and collecting parcels throughout Whangārei and surrounding areas
  • Loading and unloading freight safely
  • Handling parcels weighing up to approximately 30 kg
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service
  • Completing delivery documentation and using relevant systems
  • Ensuring all parcels are handled safely and securely
  • Maintaining a high standard of vehicle safety and presentation
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Managing delivery schedules and completing runs efficiently


You Will Need:


  • A current and clean NZ Class 2 Driver Licence
  • Previous courier, delivery, transport or logistics experience is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Whangārei and surrounding areas
  • A clean and reliable driving record
  • A clean criminal record
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • The ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
  • Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular lifting and handling of parcels
  • Ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transport to and from work
