About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional Corporate Floor Attendant to join our Front of House team. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, guests and staff, while ensuring our meeting rooms and shared spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

You will undertake meeting and event set-ups including the moving and arranging of furniture, assist with hosting duties, provide reception support and help ensure our offices are always prepared. In this varied and hands-on role, you will work closely with partners, managers, lawyers, legal and business support teams, as well as external contractors and suppliers, undertaking duties such as:

  • maintaining meeting rooms, client areas and shared spaces to the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and readiness;
  • preparing and serving refreshments and supporting catering requirements for meetings, functions and events;
  • providing AV and meeting room technology support and assisting the wider Office Services team as required;
  • stocktaking, ordering consumables and supplies and receiving and storing stocks;
  • supporting the wider Office Services team when required and
  • health and safety duties.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • previous experience within the hospitality industry, corporate front of house, or a similar client-facing environment
  • a professional, courteous and welcoming manner, with a commitment to providing exceptional service for clients, guests and staff
  • solid organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and engage effectively with a diverse range of people
  • ability to work effectively in a busy environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability while managing changing priorities, frequent interruptions and shifting duties and maintaining performance under pressure
  • an interest in and competence in using technology and AV systems and undertake basic troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, while also being a flexible, cooperative and supportive member of the team
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn, develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities
  • Demonstrates initiative by proactively identifying and undertaking housekeeping, room readiness checks and other operational tasks during quieter periods to ensure Front of House areas remain well presented and prepared
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • A reliable and trustworthy team member who consistently follows through on commitments
  • Well presented at all times, with a professional appearance that reflects the firmu0027s corporate standards and image.

Culture and benefits:

  • professional development opportunities; including through a personalised leadership programme;
  • a comprehensive health and wellbeing programme
