Job Description

Our client is looking for a qualified electrician to assist their busy equipment hire business located in Penrose

  • Rate $35-40ph dependent on experience
  • Monday - Friday


Duties include

  • Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment to existing andnew hire machinery
  • Prevent breakdowns of hire equipment through routine inspections of all electrical components on return or as required
  • Use of computer applications to program and diagnose hire equipment


The successful applicant must have

  • A ASNZ Certificate in Electrical Engineering Level 4 (or overseas equivalent)
  • Proven experience as an electrician in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
  • Valid NZ work rights
  • A Restricted drivers licence at minimum - Full preferred
  • Professional communication and the ability to work well with a team
