About the role


We are excited to announce our stunning forty-seven bed Care Home at Orion Point in Hobsonville is scheduled to open in Q2 of 2027.


We are seeking applications for an experienced and passionate Nurse Leader to join our fabulous team to start work in January 2027.


This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week. Initially you will be involved in the compliance and audit readiness of the site. You will also have the privilege of recruiting and building a fabulous clinical team.

  • Maintaining industry compliance and a high standards of clinical practice
  • Care Suite sales and ensuring occupancy is maximised
  • Managing all budgeting aspect of the Care Home.
  • Providing leadership and development opportunities to a high performing team
  • Ensuring premium care experience for our residents through best-in-class service delivery
  • Establishing and maintaining connections within the local community


About you


You are an experienced Nurse Manager looking for an exciting and rewarding new challenge. The supportive regional and village team here will help you settle into your stride. Here's what will help you succeed in this role:


  • You will be a NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
  • Solid and proven leadership experience and skills
  • Strong understanding of gerontological and clinical best practice
  • Business acumen and experience managing budgets
  • Strong team management experience with leading a high performing team
  • Highly engaging style of communication
