About the Role


As part of our Front Office team, you’ll be the first impression and lasting memory for our guests. From seamless check-ins to thoughtful service throughout their stay, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage reservations, promote hotel facilities, and identify opportunities to enhance each guest’s stay.


Shifts:


AM: 7:00am – 3:30pm

PM: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

(Rotating roster including weekends and public holidays)


Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Handle reservations, phone calls, and enquiries with professionalism
  • Perform cashiering duties , including billing and daily balancing
  • Promote hotel facilities, dining options, and local attractions
  • Resolve guest queries and concerns with confidence and care


What We’re Looking For


  • A genuine people-person who enjoys customer interaction
  • Previous hotel front office experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Opera Cloud (advantageous, not essential)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle competing tasks in a busy environment
  • A professional, calm approach — even under pressure
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster , including weekends and public holidays
