What You'll Be Doing


  • Setting up and overseeing traffic management operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all traffic management requirements
  • Leading and supporting crews
  • Conducting site inspections and risk assessments
  • Managing traffic flows and maintaining public safety
  • Monitoring site performance and quality standards
  • Liaising with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Promoting strong Health & Safety practices on site


What You Need


  • Current STMS qualification
  • Previous traffic management experience
  • Strong knowledge of traffic management and safety procedures
  • Experience leading crews and coordinating site activities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
  • Full NZ Driver Licence (Class 2 beneficial)
  • Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
