Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to join a well-established national organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Group Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of administrative and support activities that contribute to the effective delivery of training and customer support services. This is a varied role that combines administration, data management, reporting, customer engagement, and team support.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Undertaking data entry, audits, analysis, and reconciliation activities
  • Coordinating training support services and customer enquiries
  • Supporting enrolment processes and resource administration
  • Producing reports and assisting with data analysis
  • Managing documentation and quality assurance processes
  • Providing administrative support across the wider team
  • Assisting with reception and front-of-house support when required
  • Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service roles

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
