Job Description

Accounts allrounder to support AUS Finance team.

38hrs/week, start Nov 1st.

Parking onsite, logistics/transport.

ROLE


  • Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator, an allrounder with accounts receivable, accounts payable and general finance administration experience
  • The scope will be quite broad as you will coordinate with their Australian and regional Finance teams
  • Due to medical leave being taken by existing employee, may extend


DUTIES


  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Banking & Reconciliations
  • Cash Flow & Credit Control
  • Finance Systems ie processing/monitoring transactions
  • Intercompany Transaction assistance
  • Month-End Support
  • General administration, queries & expense claims


YOU


  • You will need to have previous allround local accounts administration experience (NO accounting qualifications required)
  • Be able to follow established processes and work independently with limited supervision, in order to coordinate remotely with the Australian Finance team
  • Good working knowledge of varied accounting/ERP systems (Excel, CargoWise & Sun Systems used)
  • Interest in Freight forwarding or logistics industries?

  • $37/hour approx (incl hol pay) + KiwiSaver
  • 1 week handover
