About the Role


This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.


As a valued member of our preschool team, you'll work alongside passionate educators to create engaging, child-led learning experiences that inspire confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.


What We're Looking For


You will have:

  • A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Teaching (ECE or Primary) Level 7 qualification
  • Current New Zealand teacher registration and practising certificate
  • Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and intentional teaching practices
  • Knowledge of Te Whāriki and current ECE regulations
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and quality
  • A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice
  • A passion for teaching, learning, and fostering meaningful outcomes for children
