We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our team and play a key role in the production process. If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high-quality standards, this could be the opportunity for you.


About the Role


As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring performance, and making adjustments to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery and equipment
  • Monitor process performance through control systems and respond to alarms or deviations
  • Replenish production lines to maintain consistent output
  • Carry out quality checks and testing to ensure products meet required specifications
  • Safely operate forklifts and other plant equipment
  • Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and operational excellence


About You


To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, processing, or technical operating environment
  • Forklift License (bonus!)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery
  • Good numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A proactive approach to health, safety, and quality standards
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and Ministry of Justice check
