SkyCity has three beautiful properties within metres of each other - The Grand by SkyCity is a 5 star property, Horizon by SkyCity is a 5 star property and SkyCity Hotel is a 4.5 star property. Busy and fast paced environments with a team of professionals who know how to look after their guests and win awards for doing so.


Mō te Tūranga | About the Role


There is a variety of front desk and accounting duties for this night role, you will work closely with a small team to ensure our late arriving guests and early check outs are looked after and have the best possible experience staying with us.  This role will require you to work across all three properties and you will also have a Night Auditor reporting to you on shift.


Mōu | About You


You will have superb communication and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest service. You will have previously worked a front office leadership position with experience running the night shift preferably.


Exposure to Property Management System - Opera required

Hours are 23:00 - 07:30, 5 nights a week

Minimum 3 years experience in the Hotel Industry working in the front office

Qualification in hospitality or business
