About Us:


At BestStart Palm Springs, we embrace the beauty of our local community with frequent centre excursions and outdoor exploration. From collecting driftwood to fascinating shells, we inspire our tamariki to learn through play and discovery, fostering a deep connection to nature.


Your Role:


We’re looking for an enthusiastic ECE Caregiver to join us in this permanent, part-time role (30 hours/week). You’ll help our tamariki explore the magic of learning and contribute to a warm, supportive team environment.


What You’ll Do:


  • Provide nurturing care and quality education that celebrates each child’s unique potential.
  • Design fun, hands-on activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
  • Support the team and keep the centre running smoothly.
  • Foster a positive, vibrant culture where everyone feels at home.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience with children under five (qualification is not essential but passion is key!).
  • A love for learning and belief in the power of early childhood education.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude.
  • A desire to grow and thrive in a caring, values-driven environment.
