Looking for experienced Forklift Operators (Man Up) to join a nationwide brand in South Auckland.

  • $26-27/hr plus 8% Holiday Pay (depending on experience)
  • Day/Afternoon shift - Monday to Friday + Free parking on-site

We're looking for an experienced and licensed Man-Up / WAV Forklift Operator to join a busy and growing warehouse team. If you're safety-conscious, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Man Up Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring stock is moved, stored, and picked accurately and safely.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating Man-Up and WAV (Work Assist Vehicle) equipment safely and efficiently
  • Picking orders from elevated racking locations
  • Replenishing stock and moving inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Assisting with dispatch preparation and general warehouse duties
  • Conducting stock counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe operating practices

To be successful, you will have:

  • A current and valid Man-Up and/or WAV licence
  • Proven experience operating Man-Up and WAV equipment in a warehouse environment
  • Reach forklift experience and licence highly desirable
  • Working at Heights training would be advantageous
  • A current NZ Driver Licence
  • Previous warehousing or distribution centre experience
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
  • A strong focus on workplace safety and attention to detail
  • Proven reliability and a positive attitude
  • The ability to lift up to 25kg when required
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check
  • Two contactable work references
