This role would suit someone who enjoys creating content, has an eye for detail and takes satisfaction in getting work finished to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

Your tasks will vary depending on current campaigns and dealership priorities, and may include:

  • Email marketing: Creating and sending newsletters and promotional EDMs in Campaign Monitor, using supplied offers.
  • Social media: Creating, scheduling and publishing content across our dealership pages.
  • Copywriting: Writing marketing copy for posts, advertisements, emails and website pages from supplied briefs and information.
  • Graphic design: Creating vehicle carousels, promotional graphics, newspaper advertisements, banners and point-of-sale material, following brand guidelines and approved templates.
  • Website updates: Adding and updating vehicle, offer and service content in WordPress/Elementor, including page formatting, links and supplied SEO requirements.
  • Paid advertising support: Assisting with setting up and updating Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns according to briefs, budgets and targeting instructions.
  • Photography and video: Taking photos of vehicles, events and dealership activity, and editing short videos for social media.
  • Campaign and event support: Preparing marketing materials and helping roll out promotions, vehicle launches and dealership events.
  • Social media enquiries: Monitoring messages and comments, responding where appropriate and passing enquiries to the relevant team.
  • Reporting and administration: Collating campaign results and advertising spend, updating spreadsheets, assisting with marketing invoice coding and completing general marketing administration.

What We're Looking For:

  • Some experience in digital marketing, content creation or graphic design
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • A creative eye and an interest in producing clear, attractive marketing material
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines
  • Confidence following briefs, applying feedback and asking questions when needed
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, Meta Business Suite or Google Ads would be helpful, but training and guidance will be provided

What You'll Get:

  • Support and direction from the Group Marketing Coordinator
  • On-the-job training and opportunities to develop your skills
  • A friendly team environment
  • Experience working across multiple dealerships and automotive brands
  • A varied mix of digital, print and event marketing work
