Job Description

Remarkable People are looking for Linemarking / Roadmarking Labourers to join a busy team in Hamilton. This is primarily a hands-on labouring role, assisting with road and line marking projects, with the opportunity for some team members to occasionally drive the truck.


What you'll be doing:


  • Assisting with the preparation of sites for roadmarking.
  • Loading and unloading heavy equipment and materials.
  • Assisting with applying, maintaining and removing road markings.
  • General labouring and site duties.
  • Occasionally driving the truck when required.
  • Following strong health and safety practices.
  • Working as part of a team to get the job done safely and efficiently.


What we're looking for:


  • Previous linemarking or roadmarking experience is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to undertake hands-on work.
  • Strong health and safety awareness.
  • Reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
  • For truck driving duties: Class 2 licence AND Dangerous Goods (DG) endorsement are required.
  • A full driver's licence is an advantage.


The details:


  • Night shift only
  • Usually Sunday–Thursday
  • Start times generally around 6–7pm
  • Occasional weekend work may be required
  • $25–$30 per hour , depending on experience and licence requirements
  • Ongoing work available


This is not a truck driving-only role. The primary focus is linemarking/roadmarking labouring, with Class 2 + DG drivers occasionally operating the truck as part of the role.
