Due to continued growth they have an opportunity for a Survey Technician or Surveyor with 1 years + experience to join their surveying team.

The Role


You will support their surveyors in delivering high-quality and accurate surveying services across a variety of projects.  From fieldwork to CAD drafting, you'll be hands-on in every stage of the process, helping to shape the built and natural environments of local communities.

  • Assist in cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys.
  • Conduct fieldwork and operate modern survey equipment (GNSS, total stations, drones, 3D scanners). Draft survey plans and sketches using CAD packages (AutoCAD, Topcon Office).
  • Maintain survey equipment and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with surveyors and support the broader team on project delivery.
  • Perform data input, calculations, and reductions using survey software.


About You


  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Surveying (or similar).
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Strong understanding of survey techniques and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in CAD and survey software.
  • Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach.
