$130,000 - $150,000 base salary + super (AUD)


The Opportunity


Our client is a well-established consulting surveying practice delivering specialist services across civil construction, development, and infrastructure projects.


Due to a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions, they are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor / Project Manager to support their expanding team.


The team is currently engaged on several large-scale civil and construction projects throughout the region, offering a stable workload and long-term career opportunity.


The Benefits

The Role


Based on the Sunshine Coast, the successful candidate will take ownership of their own projects while supporting the Survey Manager and providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior surveyors.


  • Managing and delivering surveying projects end-to-end
  • Supporting project planning, resourcing, and delivery
  • Field supervision, checks, and quality assurance
  • Data management and QA processes
  • Assisting with reporting and drafting functions
  • Training and developing junior team members with the aim of increasing team independence
  • This is a senior role offering both technical involvement and leadership responsibility.


About You


  • Senior Surveyor, or an experienced Surveyor ready to step into a senior role
  • 10+ years' experience in surveying
  • Strong project management capability
  • Confidence working independently while supporting a wider team
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Competency using 12d software (highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Only Australian and New Zealand residents will be considered for this position.
