ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Paid Search/Discovery Director you will play a key role in leading and elevating best-in-class Search solutions, while helping evolve this agency's approach; as the way people discover, evaluate and choose brands continues to change.


Working closely with the leadership team, this role connects Paid Search with the wider Discovery landscape, including SEO, GEO/AEO, AI Search, Social Search and emerging platforms and experiences.  This role brings together targeting, data, measurement, testing and customer experience to help clients navigate an increasingly connected Search and Discovery journey.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the leadership and evolution of this company’s Discovery product offering; championing its value across the agency and with their clients.  You’ll assist to drive the adoption of AI-led Search approaches, while helping shape how they belnd Paid Search and SEO into a cohesive and modern Search strategy.  In addition, you will contribute to their thought leadership within Discovery, and support new business growth through product storytelling, case studies and pitching.


ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader, able to build trusted client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality investment outcomes.  In addition you will need:

  • Advanced Goole Ads + Microsoft Ads expertise (social search platform experience is desirable)
  • A strong understanding of SEO & GEO concepts
  • Excellent reporting and analytics skills (GA4 basics)
  • Strong performance analysis and insight storytelling (clear recommendations, not just reporting)
  • Experience running structured test-and-learn/experimentation frameworks
