  • $40 - $45 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay

About the Role

Our client is a leading civil contractor delivering drainage and infrastructure projects across Auckland. You'll lead drainage crews, coordinate daily site operations, work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

  • Coordinate daily work programmes
  • Read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Drive productivity and site performance
  • Enforce health and safety standards
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Monitor quality and project deadlines
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Skills & Experience Proven experience leading drainage crews
  • Strong stormwater and wastewater knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Full Class 1 licence required
  • Drainlaying qualification advantageous
