Senior Delivery Manager | Northland | Contract (until Sept 2027)

We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a significant clinical information system.


About the role

This is an opportunity to  drive a high-impact transformation programme, improving clinical workflows, access to information and patient outcomes.


You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the programme is delivered successfully. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading programme delivery, planning and implementation.
  • Managing governance, risks, budgets, vendors and delivery teams.
  • Building strong relationships across clinical, operational and technical teams.
  • Driving stakeholder engagement, change and system adoption.
  • Ensuring delivery aligns with wider organisational and strategic objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital or transformation programmes.
  • A strong background in healthcare technology, clinical systems or enterprise-wide implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex delivery environments, vendors and governance.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on getting things done.
