We’re on the lookout for a motivated and people focused Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.

What your day could look like

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey – from the first interaction and beyond – with warmth, care, and professionalism
  • Facilitation the appropriate sales and finance documentation.
  • Assisting the sales team by providing tailored finance support.
  • Offering and promoting to all customers the full range of Toyota Financial Services products
  • Working closely with senior managers to set monthly and quarterly targets and budgets.
  • Always meeting deadlines
  • Building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every customer


About you

You’re genuine, positive, and motivated by helping others. Whether you’re experienced in sales or looking to grow into it, you bring curiosity, resilience, and take pride in doing what you say you will.


You’ll bring:

  • High-end sales or customer service experience (advantageous but not crucial)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed when things get busy
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full NZ driver’s licence and the right to work in New Zealand
