Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Christchurch team and help grow our presence across the Canterbury region.


Whether you come from recruitment, sales, account management or another relationship-focused role, we’d love to hear from you. Full recruitment training is provided – what matters most is your ability to build genuine relationships, create opportunities and turn conversations into business.


If you’re already well connected within the Christchurch business community, even better. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, meeting people and building a strong network of clients and candidates.


Your day-to-day will include:


  • Building and growing new and existing client relationships.
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Getting out into the Christchurch market and building your local network.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing great candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Providing exceptional client and candidate care.
  • Working alongside the wider team to achieve branch goals.


What We’re Looking For


  • Confidence in sales, business development and building relationships.
  • Strong connections within Christchurch or the ability to quickly build a local network.
  • A proactive approach and confidence picking up the phone, walking into businesses and creating opportunities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A bubbly, solutions-focused attitude.
  • The ability to thrive in a busy, varied environment.
  • A genuine passion for people and delivering great service.
  • A full or restricted NZ driver’s licence.
