$80,000 - $105,000


The Company


My client is fast growing mid-sized engineering; surveying and planning consultancy located in the Auckland CBD.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company, working with a great team that are passionate about people, technology, efficiency and delivering exceptional results to their clients.


Due to increased demand, they are looking to hire a Junior/Intermediate level Surveyor.


You will join an enthusiastic team delivering a variety of land development and infrastructure projects within the wider Auckland Region.


This role offers the opportunity to broaden your understanding of the development process in a supportive environment whilst working alongside key project partners.

The Role

  • Surveying (field work, processing and plan preparation) for Public and Private Sector projects.
  • Undertake and ensure that field and office-based survey work is performed to relevant professional standards.
  • Carry out land, topographic and construction surveys.
  • Liaise with staff, clients and consultants when working on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Delivering work to time and quality standards in a high-volume work environment. Completing survey projects which require multi-disciplinary input, efficiently.


About You


  • 1 years + experience in NZ cadastral/land surveying
  • Technical knowledge of Surveying and relevant programs which may include AutoCAD, 12D, and Leica Infinity.
  • The ability to think through problems and come up with solutions and learn from mistakes.
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Software Suite.
  • Bachelor of Surveying, Diploma in Surveying, or relevant experience.
  • Full driver's license.
