About the role

We're looking for a Business Risk and Resilience Lead to support our Risk, HSE & Assurance function.

This is a key role working collaboratively with leaders across Connetics to strengthen business risk, resilience, assurance, and the Connetics Business Management System.

You'll provide practical advice and lead initiatives that protect our people and business today, improve risk-based decision-making and organisational performance, and help Connetics remain Future Focused.


You'll be involved in:

  • Leading business risk management, assurance, and resilience frameworks
  • Managing business continuity and crisis management processes
  • Leading the Connetics Business Management System and continual improvement
  • Overseeing audits and certification activities
  • Providing risk insights, reporting, and practical guidance to leaders
  • Supporting regulatory and organisational change across the business


About you

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 5+ years' experience across risk, assurance, resilience, or integrated management systems
  • Experience leading or managing business risk, assurance, and continuity frameworks
  • A strong understanding of business management systems, governance, and assurance
  • The ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse organisation
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, risk, audit, management systems, professional practice, emergency management, governance, or a related discipline
  • A practical, improvement-focused mindset and commitment to being Excellent Today
