$160,000 - $190,000 NZD total package (including 12% super) + Vehicle | Overtime | Relocation Support

The Role


As a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality cadastral, engineering, and infrastructure surveys across a diverse range of projects. You'll work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to some of the most significant developments in Australia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cadastral, engineering, and infrastructure surveys to legislative and company standards.
  • Process field data into CAD and prepare accurate plans and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage projects independently and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in line with safety policies.
  • Uphold health and safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment.

About You

  • Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with land development experience.
  • Proficiency in survey software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12D, Trimble Business Centre).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently or in a team.
