You'll become the key link between customers and the workshop, managing their vehicle servicing and repair experience from booking through to handover.


The role

  • Manage customer bookings, work orders and vehicle handovers
  • Discuss servicing, repairs, costs and recommendations with customers
  • Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians and suppliers
  • Provide updates and obtain repair approvals
  • Handle invoicing, payments and accurate DMS records
  • Maintain excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally


What you'll bring

  • Previous Service Advisor or front-line automotive experience
  • Sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisation, multitasking and attention to detail
  • WMS/DMS and basic computer skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive approach
  • Clean NZ driver licence
