Painter

Tradestaff is looking for a trade-qualified Painter to work across residential projects in Dunedin. If you take pride in your finish and have solid interior and exterior painting experience, we want to hear from you.


Location: Dunedin City, Dunedin

Start date: Immediate start

Pay rate: $30–$35 per hour + weekly pay


  • What You’ll Be DoingComplete interior and exterior painting across residential properties
  • Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling and cleaning
  • Apply paint using brushes and rollers
  • Cut in accurately around edges, trims and fixtures
  • Complete undercoating, priming and finishing coats
  • Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain tidy work areas
  • Deliver clean, consistent finishes to a high standard
  • What We’re Looking ForRelevant painting and decorating trade qualification
  • Proven residential painting experience
  • Strong surface preparation and finishing skills
  • Confident with brush and roller application
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Full NZ Driver Licence and reliable transport
  • Reliable approach with good on-site safety awareness
