We're vertically integrated across the full development cycle - from site acquisition and design through to construction and sales - building medium-density apartments and terraces across Auckland. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, we're growing our on-site team and looking for a Site Foreman who shares our energy for building great things.


THE ROLE


We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to take day-to-day ownership of one of our residential developments. You'll be the driving force on site - coordinating trades, keeping the programme moving, and making sure quality and safety are never compromised. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely loves construction, brings good energy to a site, and takes pride in seeing a build come together from the ground up.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee daily site operations and manage on-site personnel
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade teams to keep the programme on track
  • Own health & safety compliance and site quality standards, including sign-off on restricted building work
  • Monitor progress against the build programme and report to the Project Manager
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work matches plans and specifications
  • Proactively identify and solve problems as they arise on site
  • Support planning and sequencing of trades and deliveries
  • Maintain a positive, safety-first site culture that people want to work in


ESSENTIAL:


  • Current Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) status
  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on residential or medium-density construction projects
  • Solid knowledge of the NZ Building Code, H&S regulations, and restricted building work requirements
  • Full New Zealand driver's licence
  • Right to work in New Zealand


BENEFICIAL (NOT ESSENTIAL):


  • Trade qualification in carpentry or a related discipline
  • Experience with concrete construction and multi-unit apartment or terrace builds
  • Site Safe Passport and/or First Aid certification
  • Familiarity with project scheduling or management software
