The Role:

A predominantly AP-focused position with light reception duties the day-to-day is hands-on but well-supported and not overwhelming.

  • High-volume end to end AP (approx. 1,100 invoices per month)
  • 3-way matching, statement reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
  • Monitor invoice scanning system and adjust exceptions
  • Light reception cover; minimal foot traffic and phone calls
  • Opportunity to assist across the wider finance team as needed

About You:

The team requires some great interpersonal skills. So, you will need to be confident, personable, and comfortable holding your own while also bringing warmth and a good sense of humour to a fun office environment.

  • Solid AP experience with strong attention to detail
  • Good communicator comfortable chasing up invoice details with internal stakeholders
  • Reliable and consistent the team values people who show up and get things done

What's On Offer:
