Come and work with us at our new AA Centre for Queenstown in Frankton. This will be a fixed term 12-month position working 20 hours per week between Monday to Friday.


What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As the face of the AA for Queenstown, you will be offering a customer centric approach to everyone who visits our AA Centre. As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will play an important role in identifying customer needs and providing them with the right AA products, ensure great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment, and be involved in a variety of tasks that includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment. Along with this you will also bring:


  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, processes and systems
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team mindset
  • Confidence in identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions
