Customer Success & Operations Manager

Auckland - hybrid, largely WFH | Permanent | c. $120k


Turn shopper data into stories clients act on.


Our client is one of NZ's leading FMCG shopper insights companies. Their data shapes decisions for some of the biggest names in grocery - retailers and household brands alike. Small team, big clients, real influence.


This is a newly created role reporting to the GM NZ. You'll own the client relationships, bring the insights to life, and keep a highly automated operation running smoothly.


The role


50% client management - be the trusted go-to for a portfolio of blue-chip FMCG clients

20% analysis and insight - dig into the data, find the story, make the recommendation

30% operations - oversee automated data collection and reporting across NZ


You


3-5 years in client management, with results you can point to

A storyteller who is comfortable in data - you can find the "so what" and say it plainly

Organised, self-driven and happy working autonomously

FMCG or insights experience is a plus, not a must
