McMillan Drilling is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Driller to join our professional and highly respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about drilling, enjoys working outdoors, and is looking to further develop their skills within a leading New Zealand drilling company.


We are looking for a motivated and safety-focused driller with experience operating drilling rigs and associated support equipment. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, good physical fitness, and a willingness to travel to a variety of project locations.
