Kennerley Gourmet Grocery is opening Paddock to Pantry, a new community supermarket in Kinloch Village, about 20 minutes from Taupō. We're looking for friendly, reliable Team Members, both full time and part time, to help us open the doors and become the heart of the local community.

About the role

You'll help the store run smoothly every day and make sure every customer has a great experience. Your duties will include:

• Providing friendly, helpful customer service
• Operating the checkout and handling payments accurately
• Stocking shelves, rotating stock and keeping displays looking great
• Receiving deliveries and helping with stock availability
• Helping to minimise waste and shrinkage
• Following food safety, health and safety and company procedures
• Keeping the store clean, tidy and welcoming
• Supporting your Store Manager and teammates

About you:

• You're friendly, positive and enjoy helping customers
• You're reliable, punctual and take pride in your work
• You work well in a team and can also take initiative
• You're available for a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Retail, grocery or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
