Job Description

Our client, is seeking an experienced GIB Finisher to complete high-quality plasterboard finishing and preparation work across residential and/or light commercial properties.


Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Complete final finishing of plasterboard walls and ceilings

- Apply finishing compounds to joints, corners and fixing points

- Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth and consistent finish

- Identify and rectify imperfections, scratches, dents and uneven areas

- Complete touch-ups and remedial plasterboard finishing

- Prepare walls and ceilings to a paint-ready standard

- Work closely with painters and other trades to ensure quality standards are achieved

- Maintain clean and tidy work areas

- Complete work within required project timeframes

- Follow all site health and safety procedures


We are looking for someone who takes pride in the final presentation of their work and can consistently deliver clean, smooth, professional finishes ready for painting.
