The Fleet Co-ordinator plays an important role in helping ANZ manage its vehicle fleet safely, efficiently and sustainably.

You’ll work closely with the Fleet and Commercial Lead, suppliers and teams across ANZ to:

  • Support the development and delivery of plans that improve vehicle use, reduce fuel consumption and emissions, and help the fleet operate efficiently.
  • Help keep ANZ’s fleet running smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, service and operational performance.
  • Contribute to Fleet and Property plans and broader business initiatives that support operational excellence.
  • Analyse fleet and service performance data to identify trends, anticipate future requirements and improve service delivery.

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Experience in fleet, automotive, transport or a similar operational environment, with an understanding of vehicle management and supplier relationships.
  • Experience developing, implementing or working with organisational procedures and standards.
  • The ability to analyse information and provide clear, practical advice and recommendations.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to consider people, process and technology requirements.
  • Experience working with suppliers, contracts or the procurement of products and services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills. At ANZ, a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we’d love to hear from you.
