With the busy roading season fast approaching, we are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established and highly regarded civil construction company.

About the Role:

You'll be working on a variety of roading and civil projects, operating machinery safely and efficiently while supporting crews to deliver high-quality results.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience operating machinery within the civil or roading industry
  • Roller operating experience preferred
  • Current Class 2 Driver Licence preferred
  • Valid WTR endorsements (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers)
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks where required


Duties May Include:

  • Operating rollers and other civil machinery
  • Assisting with road construction and maintenance projects
  • Conducting daily equipment checks
  • Supporting crews with general site tasks when required
  • Following site safety procedures and company standards
