  • Varied role across commercial property, marketing, admin and analysis
  • Build a long-term career in commercial real estate
  • Coordinate property campaigns from listing through to sale or lease

Join the team behind some of the region's biggest commercial property deals.

Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and the type of person who gets genuine satisfaction from keeping everything running smoothly?

We're looking for a Commercial Associate/PA to support our high-performing Commercial Sales & Leasing team. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. One minute you'll be coordinating property marketing campaigns, the next you'll be managing listings, organising diaries, preparing presentations, liaising with clients and suppliers, analysing market information, or helping drive creative marketing initiatives.

You'll be the person behind the scenes making things happen, ensuring our agents can focus on securing outstanding results for their clients while you provide exceptional administration, marketing, organisational, and analytical support.

This is more than just an administration role. It's an opportunity to build a long-term career within the commercial real estate industry, with exposure to commercial sales and leasing, property marketing, client management, and business development.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating commercial property campaigns from listing through to sale or lease
  • Creating marketing submissions, newsletters, market insights, property information memorandums, and promotional material
  • Managing listings, renewals, compliance documentation, and deal administration
  • Liaising with photographers, suppliers, and our marketing team
  • Supporting agents with social media, personal branding, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining databases, calendars, emails, and client communications
  • Preparing vendor reporting and campaign updates
  • Assisting with property viewings and client enquiries when required
  • Interpreting and analysing market, property, and transaction data to support commercial campaigns and transactions
  • Keeping systems, records, and processes accurate and up to date
  • Being the go-to person who keeps everything running efficiently

You're probably our person if:

  • You love bringing order to chaos
  • You're incredibly organised and can juggle multiple priorities
  • You have fantastic attention to detail and can spot a typo from a mile away
  • You're proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoy finding ways to get things done
  • You enjoy supporting others and take pride in helping a team succeed
  • You're confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Technology doesn't scare you. In fact, you're often the person helping others figure it out
  • You're comfortable learning new software, embracing digital tools, and finding smarter ways of working
  • You enjoy interpreting information, analysing data, and turning insights into action
  • You can manage deadlines, stay calm under pressure, and still maintain a great sense of humour

What we're looking for

We're less concerned about whether you've worked in commercial property before and more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.

You'll bring:

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of digital confidence and technology skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence working with data
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
  • A positive, professional, and friendly approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine willingness to support the team
  • A desire to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career

Previous real estate experience or a real estate licence would be advantageous, but it is not essential. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, keen to grow professionally, and excited about the opportunities a career in commercial real estate can offer.

Why you'll love this role

This role offers variety, responsibility, and genuine career progression opportunities within a successful commercial real estate business. You'll gain exposure to commercial sales and leasing transactions, property marketing, market analysis, client service, administration, and business development while working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

If you're ambitious, solutions-focused, enjoy working with data and technology, and want to build a rewarding career in commercial real estate, we'd love to hear from you.

Ready to be the person who helps make it all happen? Apply today.

Applications close 21 October 2026. Interviews will commence before the closing date, so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible.
