Job Description

Duties may include:

  • Site preparation and general labouring
  • Assisting machine operators and skilled tradespeople
  • Digging, trenching, and drainage work
  • Traffic management support
  • Hand and power tool operation
  • Concrete works and asphalt preparation
  • Site clean-up and maintenance
  • Following health and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Reliable transport and punctuality
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks if required
  • Previous civil, construction, landscaping, or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential

Preferred but not essential:

  • Class 1 Full Driver Licence
  • Class 2 Licence
  • WTR endorsements
  • Site Safe Passport
  • Traffic Management experience
  • Civil construction experience
