Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead a motivated team and deliver projects to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine roofing expertise with people management, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with top-quality workmanship.


Direct Responsibilities

  • Lead roofing projects - manage labour, materials, and schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise and support full roof replacements, installations, repairs, cleaning, and spraying.
  • Mentor apprentices and roofers, fostering a positive and high-performing crew.
  • Be the key point of contact with clients, site managers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times.
  • Provide weekly project updates and maintain accurate records of progress.

Days & Hours

  • Monday-Friday full-time (occasional Saturdays if required)
  • 7:30 am - 5:00 pm


What You'll Bring

  • Proven roofing experience with strong technical knowledge
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varied conditions
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to quality workmanship
  • Full Class 1 licence
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug and MOJ checks
