As a Business Analyst within our Digital Services team, you'll be at the centre of delivering solutions that make a real difference across our global business. Reporting to the Solution Delivery Manager, you'll partner with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, solve complex challenges and turn ideas into practical, value-driven solutions.

In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with business leaders and teams to understand challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and lead conversations that drive alignment and unlock innovative thinking.
  • Analyse and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
  • Contribute to both large-scale transformation initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work across data, reporting, integrations and business applications to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
  • Support successful solution delivery, user adoption and smooth transition into operational teams.

With proven Business Analysis experience and a passion for solving complex business problems, you will meet the following selection criteria:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst within a large and complex organisation.
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories and functional documentation.
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms, ideally SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes through collaboration.
