Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable General Labourers to join our team of workers for multiple opportunities across Wellington.


Our clients operate in multiple trades and industrial sectors. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to work, take direction well, and can adapt to different job sites and working environments.


Whether you are looking for ongoing temporary work or short-term assignments, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Carry out general labouring duties across various work sites.
  • Assist tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks.
  • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.
  • Assist with site preparation, demolition, construction, and material handling as required.
  • Follow site-specific instructions, health and safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work effectively with different teams and supervisors across multiple assignments.


What We Are Looking For


  • Previous experience in construction, labouring, or a similar hands-on role.
  • Good practical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and good communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out manual tasks.
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transport are an advantage.
  • Site Safe passport, relevant tickets, or certifications are an advantage where required.
