Job Description

We're seeking experienced Concrete Placers and Finishers to join a respected civil construction crew working on projects across the region. If you've got the skills in placing, finishing, and formwork setup and want to work with a company that values safety, quality, and team culture, we want to hear from you!


As a Concrete Worker , you will be responsible for:

  • Placing, compacting, and finishing concrete to the required specifications
  • Spreading, screeding, and levelling surfaces for a clean and consistent finish
  • Concrete repairs to ensure durability and a high-quality finish
  • Working with a range of mixes, including high-strength and specialty concretes
  • Setting up and adjusting formwork for correct alignment and shape
  • Performing slump and consistency checks to ensure quality
  • Following all health and safety protocols and wearing correct PPE

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in concrete placing, finishing, and formwork setup
  • Strong understanding of concrete mixes, curing processes, and compaction techniques
  • Ability to read plans and specifications for accurate concrete placement
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills
  • Commitment to worksite safety and proper tool handling
