Job Description

With a strong pipeline of work and a practical, team-focused culture, this is a great opportunity for a reliable Hammer Hand to join an established local builder and build on their construction experience.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting carpenters and the wider construction team across residential and commercial projects
  • General construction and labouring duties across new builds, renovations and fit-outs
  • Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
  • Measuring, cutting and preparing materials as required
  • Assisting with site set-up, clean-up and keeping the worksite organised
  • Following plans and instructions to support the team in completing quality work
  • Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards

We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry or as a Hammer Hand
  • Confident using a range of hand and power tools
  • Good practical and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions
  • A positive attitude with a strong focus on health, safety and teamwork
