INTRO


  • Our client is within the very dynamic private healthcare environment and they are looking for a capable and reliable Senior Administrator to support their People & Culture team, to also oversee the P & C Coordinator’s workflow (but not as a direct report)
  • This fixed-term role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional administration and employee support, all while fostering a positive workplace culture during a parental leave cover of approximately 12-13 months


ABOUT THE ROLE


  • As a Senior People & Culture Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative backing to the People & Culture team
  • Ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery across their sites with a focus on administrative services, customer service, special events and projects
  • Along with the P & C Coordinator, to support the P&C GM, organisational development, management of employee data, employee queries and variations
  • Supporting recruitment, health & safety, internal customers, uniforms, general Service Level Agreements etc


YOU


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar administrative or Human Resources support role
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR software a plus
  • Interest in the medical/healthcare/patient care environment?
  • Understanding of relevant employment legislation helpful


OFFER


  • Salary range is $85-95k neg depending on level of experience
  • Free ‘on-site’ parking (a big plus in Epsom)
  • Dependent on your availability to start, there will be a hand-over by the person going on maternity leave, but other team members can also assist
  • Possible other future opportunities after Fixed Term as our client is in three other Auckland locations too!

  • Hours 8.30am to 5pm
