The Role

This role supports the local sales team by coordinating customer orders and ensuring smooth order processing reporting to a support Customer Service Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately within the ERP system, including order entry, updates, invoicing, and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate order fulfilment and shipments with customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate status updates, potential delays, and any issues to customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and returns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in manufacturing or logistics is advantageous
  • Experience with ERP systems
