No banking experience? No problem.


If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you. Bring your energy, curiosity and passion for helping people, and we’ll support you to learn the banking side.


About the role


As a Customer Specialist, you’ll be one of the friendly faces our customers turn to for help with their everyday banking needs.


You’ll:


  • Get to know our customers and understand what they need
  • Help with a range of everyday banking enquiries
  • Support customers to confidently use our digital and self-service banking options
  • Work across different channels and contribute to the smooth running of the Advice Centre
  • Build your knowledge and skills while creating positive customer experiences


This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week on a rostered basis Monday to Sunday, based at our St Lukes Advice Centre.


About you


You don’t need to know everything about banking from day one. We’re looking for someone who:


  • Enjoys connecting with people and building relationships
  • Brings a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Is curious, confident asking questions and keen to learn
  • Can adapt to different customers and situations
  • Enjoys working as part of a busy, supportive team
  • Is comfortable with technology and helping others build their digital confidence
