Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise technology programme. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will analyse complex system environments, facilitate workshops, assess system impacts and dependencies, and produce high-quality technical documentation to support the delivery of key technology initiatives.

This is an initial 6-month fixed-term opportunity, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements and the successful candidate’s skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from technical and business stakeholders
  • Analyse system integrations, dependencies, and impacts across multiple platforms
  • Document current and future state processes, data flows, and technical requirements
  • Produce technical specifications and supporting project documentation
  • Work collaboratively with technology teams to identify and define solution options
  • Support the delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large and complex organisations
  • Strong experience working within SAP environments, including SAP ECC
  • Experience performing technical impact analysis, including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting technical and business requirements
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong documentation skills, including technical specifications and process documentation


Desirable Experience

  • Enterprise systems integration
  • Data analysis and reporting solutions
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Finance, procurement, or corporate systems
  • Master data management
  • Risk, governance, or compliance-related initiatives
  • Experience with Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
