The excitement is building for the opening of our new care home in early April at Orion Point in Hobsonville. This is a fabulous village environment and of course a brand-new Care Home and team. Be part of building of something special right from the start! The location is perfect if you are coming from North or West and parking is easy!


We will have full and part-time caregiver positions available and we are planning early, initially inviting expressions of interest.. Please note, shortlisted candidate will be contacted late December, early January for potential further progress.


Pay range is in line with the health and wellbeing payrate published on the Ministry of Health website.

  • Working under the guidance of the Registered Nurse
  • Providing quality care and support to our residents
  • Working in a supportive environment in a modern care facility


About You


You will bring your expertise and compassionate approach to a role where you can make a meaningful impact every day. Working as One, you will play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for, while benefiting from professional development, career growth opportunities.


  • Previous experience in aged care and a desire to learn and develop your skill set
  • Careerforce or equivalent qualification (ideally level 4)
  • Empathy, kindness and a love for making an impact on our residents' lives
  • Bright, breezy attitude and a "can-do" team focus
  • Flexibility around shifts (please talk to us about what suits you)
