SES Electrical is looking for a qualified Electrician or nearly qualified 3rd/4th-Year Apprentice to join our growing Palmerston North team.


We're a busy, down-to-earth electrical company with a great mix of work across the Manawatū, Horowhenua and wider regions. From high-end residential builds to heat pumps, solar, EV chargers, home automation, alarms, CCTV and light commercial work - there's plenty of variety.


We're big on doing a great job, looking after our people and having a laugh along the way.

What we need from you


You'll need to be:


  • NZ registered Electrician with current practicing licence, or a 3rd/4th-year apprentice nearing qualification
  • Hold a full, clean NZ driver's licence
  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying and moving equipment
  • Reliable, honest and proud of your work
  • A good communicator who works well with customers and the team
  • Someone who fits in, gets stuck in and has a good sense of humour


Bonus points for:


  • Solar installation experience
  • Heat pump installation experience
  • Residential or commercial construction experience
  • Solar endorsement
